The Zinnowitz Vineta Pier

As far back as 1897, a smaller pier existed in Zinnowitz.

In 1903, official building permission was granted for a new pier and in 1904 construction began on a wooden pier with its superstructure.

Hard winters, ise and storms present a constant threat to the pier. In the yaers after 1945, the Zinnowitz Vineta Pier became increasingly dilapidated ad was rebuild an the 1990s.
